Bonjour Chef Torch Review

Bonjour Chef Torch Review

Now the fashion craze in the kitchen all the tv and a lot of people compete successfully in the kitchen

Especially for those who love sweets,
ideal : it costs little and makes a great impression from luxury restaurant when the chef brings to the table and flames in front of guests
Of course it can be used for many other things according to the imagination of the chef on duty.
Bonjour Chef's Torch is larger and much more powerful than the other two standard creme brulee torches, we have. We use these torches in our home cooking and in our our small company, where he teaches the craft. Here are my observations:
very easy to use and flame comes out so strong in the highest position which makes the job much faster and easier.
The process takes a few seconds, and you're ready to go. The top knob is used to open the throttle and adjust the intensity, while the red button triggers the spark for ignition; is also possible to adjust the flow of air with a wheel placed on the torch. The handle is comfortable rubber, impossible to burn yourself, and to turn it off just close the gas knob.

check the instructions carefully before use, because if you leave too much open air the flame will be too strong and will burn

Product Details

pros:
Great Base; able to be very stable on its own which is helpful when docked for hands free use
Comfortable grip; The aluminum body is perfectly sized for medium to large hands
Big Flame; has a good range of dimensions of the flame, but the lowest is still fairly high compared to other torches
Window of the fuel; easy to see how much fuel is in the torch
Good Looking; this does not look cheap, which is good if you use in front of guests or customers (as we do)

Cons:
- Recessed screw holes on the aluminum body are sharp, we filled them with modeling clay since it is unlikely that we will ever need to disassemble

- It uses much more fuel than the other torches, but this is the compromise for the larger flame
