What I like about this article is that you never put food directly on the cooking surface . Instead, it uses its own cook and bake ware , which makes the oven much easier to clean. The chef service interior is removable , and also has a rack.
This is big enough to roast a turkey easily and also holds large pans , etc.
I prefer lean media , and the white meat was very moist and delicious . Since I've never used the oven , I used a meat thermometer to make sure the chicken was cooked perfectly - very easy .
You can also bake in the oven rotisserie ( cakes, cookies, etc. . ) I 'm looking forward to trying .
Let me start with the instructions of the oven light and easy to read. It is said that you can have a top rack but I do not buy that. I only have the roasting rack .
Most important thing for me is the cleanliness .... Still light as a feather and no weird angles that are difficult. Clean up was a breeze ... I did not put the rack in the dishwasher , but used my brush and it was clean in seconds.
It fits right into the box it came in without any problem.
