This pastry scraper is very well done. E 'became indispensable in my kitchen, especially when cooking. I like the feel in the hand and the measurement scale. It 's too abrupt and is therefore useful for chopping. It is an ideal tool for cleaning the counter after cooking. Scrape off the flour and the dough from the counter so easily there is little clean up after.
I use this product every day to collect my diced vegetables. I do not know how I did without it. I know I've lost a lot of small pieces of food on the floor. I highly recommend!
