Simply place the pizza in the oven,
set the timer for 10 minutes, and watch the pizza as it rotates. If you want the perfect pizza, this is the best way to do it because you have full access to the pizza during cooking. The pizzas that I made with Pizzazz came out sharper and more evenly cooked, then everything I've done with a conventional oven. This is mainly due to the fact that there are heating elements above and below the pizza. If you love pizza, you'll love the Pizzazz.

My only complaint is that you can not speed up the timer. You can add time to adjust, but once it is set up, you have to wait for it to run down. It is a minor inconvenience, though I'd like to be able to turn off the heating elements when the pizza is done rather than take the pizza out of the disc and wait for the "ding" at the end of the cooking cycle. (You could unplug the machine, but the residual heat from the elements could cook the disc, which stops obviously rotate when you unplug the machine.
